Why Purity.click?

Noise-free reporting

We collapse OpenDNS activity into a single daily email—only when there’s meaningful activity, not every time a counter ticks.

Smart filtering

Automatically excludes high-chatter categories like Blacklisted and Proxy/Anonymizer, so you focus on what matters.

Your stack, your data

Runs in your AWS account using DynamoDB + SES. No agents, no third‑party data warehouse.

How it works

  1. Connect OpenDNS

Provide read access to your OpenDNS stats. We fetch the day’s blocked domain data.

  2. Store & filter

Events are stored in DynamoDB and filtered to remove noisy categories.

  3. Daily email

If relevant activity occurred, SES sends a concise daily digest to your inbox.

FAQ

Does Purity.click require installing anything on endpoints?

No. It reads OpenDNS stats via the dashboard APIs and sends a daily digest via SES.

Which categories are ignored?

By default, Blacklisted and Proxy/Anonymizer are excluded from emails to reduce noise. You can customize this list.

Where is my data stored?

In your AWS account (DynamoDB for events, SES for email). No third‑party storage.
